FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
CAN I REQUEST SPECIAL NOTES FOR MY KEEPSAKE?
Please do tell us in a note with the clothes which are the favourites (in order of preference), especially if you are sending more than we’ve asked for, so that we can make sure they appear prominently on the finished keepsake. If you don’t, and we don’t need it all, then we will make a decision about what to use and will send back any uncut items. We will always do our best to adhere to these requests, although it may not always be possible.
WHAT DO YOU DO WITH REMNANTS?
We do keep remnants of fabric for a short amount of time after dispatching your order, so if you aren’t happy, or want something back, you need to tell us as soon as possible. Once your order is dispatched then we usually recycle remaining fabric within a few weeks.
HOW DO I SEND IN MY CLOTHING?
Once you have placed your order you will receive a confirmation email with postage instructions. Please follow the instructions! It is really important to make sure the order reference and a senders address is on the outside of the parcel. The ideal way to send in your special clothing is in a waterproof mailing bag, signed for service or via courier-this usually has proof of signature and provide tracking up until it gets to us, minimising chances of loss.
HOW LONG BEFORE I RECEIVE MY KEEPSAKE?
When we receive your special clothes we will aim to post the item back to you within 21 days of receiving your special clothing.
CAN I RETURN MY KEEPSAKE?
As keepsakes are a personalised item we do not accept them back unless they are actually faulty, as these keepsakes are made especially for you. Please note that keepsakes can come out different as no 2 keepsakes are the same, due to the different nature and variation of the fabrics we receive and we cannot guarantee that your keepsake may not look exactly like the pictures on our product page. If you are not happy with your keepsake please get in touch with us immediately (within 10 days of receiving keepsake) and we will discuss on how to resolve the issue. All return postage is the responsibility of the purchaser and we always recommend proof of posting.
